Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Standard Shipping
We ship worldwide. The estimated delivery time for standard international shipping is:

• United States, Canada, Europe, Australia: 7–14 business days

• Other regions: 7–20 business days

Expedited Shipping
For selected countries, we offer expedited shipping options. Please reach out to support@colcover.com Delivery time is usually 3–7 business days depending on the destination. Shipping costs for expedited service will be calculated and shown at checkout.

US Warehouse Fast Delivery
Some products are stocked in our US warehouse. For these items, we can provide 3-day delivery within the United States. Availability will be clearly marked on the product page.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order has been shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Colcover is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates only. Weather, customs clearance, or carrier delays may affect actual delivery times. We do our best to ensure timely delivery and will assist you if there are significant delays.
