Refund & Return Policy - Colcover
Return window
- You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return conditions
- Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and with tags/packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs
- Domestic returns (if item shipped from and returned to the same country): Buyer pays return postage unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
- International returns: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to return
1. Contact support@colcover.com within 30 days of delivery requesting a return, include order number and reason.
2. We will provide a return authorization and return address.
3. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.
Refund processing
- Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are refundable only if the return is due to our error or defective product.
Exchanges & Replacements
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact support@colcover.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.
